This Resource Pack contains 36 assorted REAL picture images of Safe (good) and Unsafe (bad) scenarios/choices.

For many children the concept of stranger danger may be too abstract to comprehend. Providing for hands on learning activities will support their understanding and encourage complex critical thinking.

The visual nature of the task cards encourages the student to think about what each scene depicted may mean and whether it falls in to a “safe or unsafe” choice category.

Each task card provides the opportunity for further discussion about what is a safe and unsafe choice.

A total of 36 cars are available -

18 cards with the language safe & unsafe

18 cards with the imagery of Smiling Emoji and Sad Emoji

Both sets of cards use the colour coding of green and red to further support the learning depicted in the choices available.

The resource is suitable for independent or group work.
